Overcoming Challenges in Tracking, Version Control, and Static Reporting for Accurate, Timely Information

  • The hotels operate autonomously from a finance perspective which means with multiple sites, and the input required of a number of individuals across those multiple sites.
  • Difficult to track completion status and version changes. Just identifying where each site was in the cycle was challenging enough.
  • The reports and information produced were very static.
  • Needed to find a way to adapt to keep up with the requests from all corners of the business for timely and accurate information.
